Janice has been a licensed realtor since 1985 and the Broker/Owner of Widmer Realty Ltd. since 1988. Janice attended Red Deer College and SAIT after graduating from Olds High School. With over 30+ years in the real estate industry, Janice has gained a large amount of experience in Residential, Farm/Acreage and Commercial Real Estate.
Born and raised in Olds, Janice has seen Olds grow and thrive to become a vibrant and dynamic community. Janice believes that Olds is a wonderful town in which to grow up, raise a family and feels very fortunate to have run a family owned business in the wonderful community since 1988. Currently Janice is a director on the Olds & District Chamber of Commerce Board. Janice and her husband Dane have raised 3 children in Olds, Brittany, Braeden and Colton and have been actively involved in all their sporting events.
